Studio to duplex, all opening to a balcony
Five layouts across six buildings, most looking over the central garden. Floor areas vary by building and level — the current release schedule carries the exact areas and prices for whatever remains available.
Studio Residence
A single, well-proportioned volume with a full kitchen and a balcony deep enough to sit out on. The entry point to the community, and the layout that moved fastest at launch.
One-Bedroom Residence
A separated bedroom off an open living and dining space, with the balcony running the width of the apartment. The core of the release, and the most widely available layout.

Three-Bedroom Residence
The largest single-level plan, with three bedrooms, a maid's room, an extended living space and the widest balcony in the building. Held in limited numbers across the six buildings.
Duplex Residence
Two floors joined by an internal stair: living, dining and kitchen below, bedrooms above. The rarest plan at Yas Park Place, released in single figures per building — a house-like home inside a garden community.

A construction-linked plan, half on handover
Yas Park Place is sold freehold, on a payment plan weighted to completion. Five per cent secures the home at booking; the balance of the construction phase is spread across build milestones; half the price falls due when the keys are handed over in Q1 2030.
